Playful Pauses for Every Body is a five part meditation series written and read by playworker Dr. Morgan Leichter-Saxby. 

These short somatic reflective meditations (without background audio) are designed to build compassionate self-awareness of one’s embodied experience in and of the world.  Each one offers options for individualization in practices of presence, rhythm, resiliency, pleasure, playfulness, and connection.
